Authentic Italian pizza, made the way it should be. Founded by Giuseppe and inspired by his roots in Southern Italy, Sapore Vero is built on tradition, quality ingredients, and true artisan methods.

 In 2013 the first Sapore Vero restaurant opened in Beckenham with a simple idea:
bring the true taste of Italy to South London. What started as a small neighbourhood pizzeria has grown into a family of restaurants and travelling wood-fired pizza ovens. But the philosophy has never changed .

The Hub stays true to that story but takes it in a more playful direction. It’s a casual, welcoming space where you can stop by for a coffee, fresh pasta, focaccia, pinsa or other street‑food favourites . It lets us experiment and keeps us close to the community while holding fast to the standards Giuseppe set . Think of it as the original mission of bringing the true taste of Italy to South London, now expressed through a more relaxed, community‑driven format.
